If the Business needs assistance keeping financial records (and making projections) our Bookkeeping and Accounting services provide clarity- allowing clients to stay on course and focus on goals.
If the guarantors credit needs improvement we analyze the file and suggest how they can improve the score themselves (complimentary) and/or refer them to legitimate partners.
If their existing financial statements do not accurately reflect interest (typically from short term amortization advances) we work side by side with their Advisors to ensure the data is apportioned properly so that Interest can be used as an add back if/when needed.
There are many instances we consult with clients Tax Advisors to make sure they are not overtly aggressive with deductions- leaving requisite Debt Service Coverage for leverage purposes.
